Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods
At E-Infinity Camper you can pay for your order using the following payment methods, processed securely through our payment gateway:
- Credit or debit card: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
- Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Link.
- Switzerland: TWINT.
- Netherlands: iDEAL / Wero.
- Belgium: Bancontact.
- Austria: EPS.
- Spain: Bizum.
- Deferred or instalment payment: Klarna, in markets where this method is available.
- The availability of each method may vary depending on the user’s country of residence and will be shown during checkout.
All payments are processed through Stripe, a payment provider certified under the PCI DSS security standard.
Payment security
Alto Giro, S.L. never stores the user’s full card details. All payment information is transmitted in encrypted form directly to the payment gateway provider, which maintains the highest security standards in the industry.
Currency and prices
All prices published on the Website are shown in euros (€). For customers residing in the European Union, prices include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with current regulations.
Alto Giro, S.L. applies a single price across all European Union Member States, regardless of the VAT rate in force in each country. Sales to consumers residing in the European Union are declared under the One-Stop Shop (OSS) scheme regulated under Articles 163 quinvicies et seq. of Spanish VAT Law 37/1992.
Deliveries to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada are treated as exports and are exempt from Spanish VAT under Article 21 of Law 37/1992. Customers residing in those territories are therefore invoiced the price excluding Spanish VAT, and the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and customs handling fees applicable in their country, as set out in the “Shipping and Returns” document.
Timing of the charge
The order amount will be charged at the time the purchase is confirmed, unless otherwise stated for specific arrangements (for example, reservations or Kickstarter-style crowdfunding campaigns, whose payment terms are governed by that platform’s own rules).
Invoicing
After completing a purchase, the user will receive an invoice or proof of purchase at the email address provided, showing Alto Giro, S.L.’s tax details (CIF B93917607). If the user needs the invoice to include additional tax details (company name, their own tax ID), they should indicate this during checkout or contact info@e-infinitycamper.com.
Declined payments or issues
If a payment is declined by the card issuer or the payment provider, the order will not be processed. The user may try the payment again or contact info@e-infinitycamper.com to resolve the issue.
Alto Giro, S.L. may modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to legislative or case-law developments. Users are advised to review this document periodically.
