Where an order consists of a unit reservation made through payment of a deposit (currently €50), the following specific conditions apply in addition to the above:

8.1. Purpose of the reservation.

By paying the deposit, the user secures priority access to reserve a unit of E-Infinity Camper, without this constituting a closed, final purchase of the finished product. The reservation guarantees the user a priority position ahead of the commercial launch and, where applicable, the Kickstarter funding campaign.

8.2. Refundable nature of the deposit.

As a general rule, the deposit is refundable at the user’s request, except in the case described in section 8.3. The deposit amount will be deducted in full from the final price of the product when the definitive purchase is completed.

8.3. Applying the deposit to the Kickstarter campaign (Secret Rewards).

When the E-Infinity Camper Kickstarter campaign launches, users with an active reservation may expressly and voluntarily apply their deposit as part of a “pledge” to that campaign, gaining access to an exclusive reward (“Secret Reward”). Once the deposit has been applied to a Kickstarter pledge, it ceases to be refundable through Alto Giro, S.L., and instead becomes subject to the Kickstarter platform’s own terms and policies, which are independent of these Terms.

Every user with an active reservation will receive an email notifying them of the campaign launch and providing the link to access their Secret Reward, regardless of whether they have agreed to receive further marketing communications, this notification is part of the reservation service itself and does not constitute a marketing communication.

8.4. Refund procedure.

As long as the deposit has not been applied to a Kickstarter pledge, the user may request a refund by writing to info@e-infinitycamper.com. Alto Giro, S.L. will process the refund within a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the request.

8.5. Right of withdrawal as applied to the reservation.

As the reservation is completed as a purchase through the Website’s standard payment process, the fourteen (14) calendar day right of withdrawal described in section 6 applies. After this period has elapsed, the deposit remains refundable in accordance with section 8.4, unless it has already been applied to a Kickstarter pledge under section 8.3.

8.6. Cancellation or material change to the project.

Should the project fail to complete its industrialization phase or reach commercial launch, Alto Giro, S.L. commits to refunding all outstanding reservation deposits in full, within a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days from the decision not to proceed with the project.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Spanish law. Without prejudice to the rights afforded to users who qualify as consumers, the parties submit to the Courts of Albacete.
