Shipping and Returns
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to the following destinations: Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, and the Netherlands (European Union), as well as Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada.
For orders shipped to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada, the product price and, where applicable, shipping charges do not include customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, or customs handling fees that may apply in the destination country. These amounts are payable by the recipient to the customs authorities or the carrier prior to delivery, and their amount depends on the legislation of each country. The recipient’s refusal to pay them, or refusal of the shipment on this basis, will be treated as withdrawal for the purposes of section 5, with return shipping costs to be borne by the recipient.
Delivery times
The estimated delivery time will be communicated to the user upon order confirmation and will depend on the destination and product availability. In accordance with Article 109 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, unless otherwise agreed, the maximum delivery time will be thirty (30) calendar days from the conclusion of the contract. The times indicated are estimates and do not include time held in customs, which is beyond Alto Giro, S.L.’s control.
As E-Infinity Camper is currently in its industrialization and pre-launch phase, delivery times for the first units may be subject to the production schedule and to the specific terms of the Kickstarter campaign, which will be communicated separately on that platform.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are included in the product price for all destinations, with the exception of the United States. For shipments to the United States and Canada, the shipping cost is calculated based on the destination, shown to the user before checkout is completed, and charged separately from the product price.
Internal note: the surcharge built into the price to cover shipping was set without yet having a confirmed DHL rate. As this is a product of considerable weight and volume, a real quote per destination should be obtained before launch, and it should be verified that the amount included actually covers the cost, particularly for non-EU destinations.
Carrier
Shipments are handled by DHL. The user will receive a tracking number by email once the order has been handed over to the carrier. The product is shipped from Spain.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the recast text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, users who qualify as consumers have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the purchase without needing to justify their decision and without any penalty, save for the direct cost of returning the product.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must notify Alto Giro, S.L. by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, an email to info@e-infinitycamper.com) within the period indicated.
- The product must be returned in perfect condition, with no signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and functioning, and in its original packaging.
- Alto Giro, S.L. will refund the amount paid (including the original shipping costs, unless the user chose a shipping method other than the least costly option offered) within a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the withdrawal notice, and may withhold the refund until the product has been received or proof of its return shipment has been provided.
- The direct cost of returning the product shall be borne by the user.
- For buyers residing outside the European Union, the consumer law applicable is that of the consumer’s country of residence. In the case of the United Kingdom, a fourteen (14) day withdrawal period applies under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. For Switzerland, the United States, and Canada, Alto Giro, S.L. voluntarily grants a fourteen (14) calendar day withdrawal period on terms equivalent to those described in this section, without prejudice to any rights the consumer may have under the law of their country of residence. Legal warranty
Products sold by Alto Giro, S.L. are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided for under RDL 1/2007, currently three (3) years from delivery for newly purchased products, against manufacturing defects or lack of conformity with the contract.
To make a warranty claim, the user should contact info@e-infinitycamper.com, describing the defect found and enclosing proof of purchase.
Damaged or incomplete orders
If the product arrives damaged or incomplete, the user must notify Alto Giro, S.L. within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt, enclosing photographs of the condition of the product and the packaging, via info@e-infinitycamper.com. If the packaging shows visible damage at the time of delivery, it is recommended that this be noted on the carrier’s delivery note.
